Default "C-Code"...

Hey,

So I figured out how to do the check for the "C-codes" today and two of them came up. I have...

05 -MIL indicator output circuit shorted

68 -Driver door unlock output circuit shorted to
ground or voltage

The 68 code makes sense...my driver's door has only been able to be opened from the inside. I can't use a key or the clicker, only manually.

Does anyone know any way to repair these issues? I have no idea where to start.

Thank you for help!

You may just have a bad latch assembly in the door which is why you cannot use the keyfob to electrically open the door but can manually do it. Either that or a pinched wire in the rubber boot from the door to the body.

Both are common issues.
