Spray WD all over while it is running, the motor should change RPMs when you spray the WD 40 over the area that is a vacuum leak. Try it, cheapest easiest way I know.. I would put the old O2 sensors back and see if the code goes away they may have given you the wrong sensors or bad ones..

alright fellas problem solved. Put the original o2 sensors back in and bought a slightly used throttle body online! Codes are gone and idles like a champ! I was hoping it wasnt the throttle body all along, but I guess i should have started with it! Oh well.

Thats excellent. I bought new O2s for mine last week too but more for maintenance and mileage replacements. Glad to hear you got yours running right!
