I can only stand digging so far through the archives, and gotta ask......and I apologize up front....Are folks having problems with the front driver door digging into the stripping? If so, is it a deal that the dealer is supposed to fix (new stripping) or what?

 

Yeah, mine has dug in and still "squeeks" a little every time I open or close my door. I can't see it from the outside when the door's closed so it doesn't bother me too much. Never did anything to it since it's not getting worse.

Weird design flaw, that one...

 

There is a TSP for the 04, but it doesn't seem to cover 03s. I didn't see one listed for the 03s.

As mentioned there is a TSB for this. Just run this by your Dealership's service and see what they say.

 

Called today....they said since it is under warranty still, it is covered. Told me to bring it in next monday for fix.
