Hello all,

I have a buddy with an 06 Ram with 5.7L Hemi. The issue at hand the truck won't idle. Now, I would normally take a look at the TPS and the IAC, but I am being told the truck doesn't have one? Everything is controlled by the drive by wire control box? Now, coincidentally, I was told he also has a broken cat on the truck. In other words, the honeycomb setup is all busted and the truck is puffing black smoke. Based on that information, I am inclined to think the exhaust is clogged up causing the idling issue. Anyone else have other ideas?
