qtp cutout ,how to wire the switch ?

Default qtp cutout ,how to wire the switch ?

I have just installed the cutout,but the 1A fuse on the switch keeps getting fried. So I`m wondering where I should connect to get power to the switch ? Right now it gets power from the cigarette lighter,but I think the amps are to high. Is there a way to connect a relay to the switch ?

Yeah, use a simple Bosche type relay, the switch to relay connection will only pull about .3 amps...

Fuse both sides of the relay. 1A on the low-current side. 15A(?) on the high-current side.
