getting ready to order new shocks for my 07 hemi 4x4 quad cab w/independent front suspension, coil over shock. Are these bilstein's the same one's u guys are runnin? Will they greatly improve the ride over the stockers? What about adjustability, is it very difficult to adjust these shocks, or do u have to remove the whole shock to adjust it? Just wanna make sure before ordering
