Default Anyone add a switch to there reverse lights??

I am gonna install two new reverse lights and this time I would like a separate switch that I can use to turn them on even when I am not in reverse.

Has anyone done this and can you explain or show me a diagram? I've tried searching and had no luck.

Thanks

Use my HELLA INSTALL for reference. If you want to add a relay, all you need to do is tie the activation wire into your headlights(you'll need headlights on for reverse light activation). If you want total isolation, you can use the activation wire and tie it into your ignition wire(this allows them to be turned on when running). The activation wire is generally pin 86 opposite side of the ground(pin85).
So, just wire them like fogs like I did and you'll be good to go.

hey - sometimes it might be better to be able to turn the headlights off while backing up.
(just a thought...)
Maybe tie them to the park lights instead of the headlights.
