Default Trailer Brake Controller wiring

Just picked up a new trailer to tow the race bikes around and I am wondering if my truck already has a 7 pin plug in the back with the tow package, is the only thing I need to do to get the trailer brakes working is stick in a trailer brake controller?

Anyone have any idea what kind of controller I should be looking at and what price range I should expect to be in?

If it's a factory installed tow package, then you have a blue connector tucked up above your left foot behind the carpet.
If it's an afermath 7-in, then you will need to wire a controller up.
I bought a Prodigy P3 off Ebay and the sale came with direct plug-in connectors. Not all sellers provide them.
P3 is the best out there with the variable braking.(meaning not the same presure at 10mph as 60mph like most others do. Others are stuck in the 60's Technology.

HERE. Great place. bought lots of stuff from them. Next day shipping. Bestprices.

Look for a connector. Find it ad you are good. Mine was also taped uo too. It's roughly 2" wide and 3/4" thick
sorry for missng letters, my netbook is terrible.
