Check EGR system. If it is stuck it will make the engine act crazy.

i had an issue like that in an 03 ford Crown vic. It was a mostly blocked catalac converter.

notfond hit it on the head it turned out to be the egr i had replaced it earlier in the year and no codes but just as a guess replaced it again and the problem is GONE thx for the help guys
