Default What is code P3138 on a 2006 Ram 4.7

I've been working on this truck for a couple weeks now, I've changed out damn near every sensor and electrical part on the engine (besides the pcm), and I keep getting p0113 (IAT) and p0068 (MAP/TPS), and the truck runs horribly. It has new IAT, MPS, and TPS. Suddenly, P3138 appeared! My scanner doesn't recognize the code, and I can't seem to find any information on it. Does anyone have any idea?

On an Audi, the code is for "Intake flap for air flow control control difference" or "Intake manifold runner flap motor implausible signal" Intake flap = PVC?

You mean like for an amp? No, nothing extra is wired to the battery.

Bah, nevermind. The wiring harness is shorted out in multiple places, it's causing all sorts of problems, most likely throwing false codes. That's why I can't get info on it.
