Default Shaking issue

Ok guys i am at my wits end. Here is the break down:
I get a shake in the front when breaking at 60 mph. I replaced the rotors with slotted ones, new ceramic pads, shocks, had the tires balanced 4x. I looked under the truck and the steering ramlooks like it is leaking at the boot. Could it be the rack and pinion causing the shake? I have searched all over the forum, thats why i changedd out the rotors. still nothing. any ideas?

Welcome to the site. If you are certain the tires are good and have rotated them to the back to make sure and the rotors are straight and not warped then it is tikme to replace the tie rods.

Im pretty sure its going to be the tires. I rotated them back and the issue is not as bad. Im thinking one of the tires had a belt separation. I have the stock Goodyears on there, probably going to change them out to the Cooper zenons.
