Default Multiple misfire

[:@]
Still having problems with my 2003 5.9 getting the PO300 mulitple misfire code New plugs new wires new cap new rotor new coil. Have done nothing but work on this truck since I bought it. The milage sucks the truck runs poorly and not a single Dodge mechanic can tell me what is wrong with this thing. Does anyone have any ideas. The porblem is when it is cold and first fires up in the morning. I am beginning to hate this thing and would NOT reccommend anyone buying one of these trucks.

Engine:
When are you getting your misfires? Where the plugs fouled when you replaced them? Were the new ones gapped correctly? How about the wires, are they crossed or are they arcing? Is the cap and rotor quality pieces or just el-cheapo from Sav-a-lot auto parts? How many miles on the 5.9? Have you checked the infamous manifold oil leak.

Tranny: Have you adjusted the bands? Changed the fluid and filter? Check all the mechanical linkages?
