Daytona bed cover installed
I installed the Pace Edwards Jack rabbit bed cover on my Daytona Ram last weekend. Total time was about 4 hours. You have to notch the side rails to accomodate the wing. Not too difficult with a sabre saw. However, getting those rails installed to the roll up cover box is a bit tricky. You need some one to help you and hold the box high (high as the cab roof) to allow the rails to be at a sufficient angle to clear the rear wing. I suppose you could remove the rear wing but after looking at things that would require removal of the bed liner. That wing is securely on there.
The new roll up cover looks slicker than snot.
Hope this helps someone looking to install one of these.

Awsome! I have been waiting for someone else to "take the plunge". I didn't consider notching the rails. After looking at how the wing is mounted on my Daytona and how hard it is getting to the bolts, it looks like this is the way to go. Thanks for the info and pics. It looks great!
