I need to rebuild my rear end on my 2004 1500, I know it has a 9.25 but when I went to order parts they asked if I had a 3.55 or something bigger. Does anyone know where I can find that info for sure? I need to order these parts and get the work done as soon as possible because its my daily driver. Soon I will also be rebuilding my transmission, does anyone have an tips or pointers on that while I'm at it?

 

Tag in glove box, sticker on the axle itself or you can use your vin# and order a build sheet either online (Ram website) or at the dealer...
