Default HELP 08 Ram 1500 5.7 Hemi NOT STARTING

So its been about three weeks now. I can not get my truck to start for anything. I have verified fuel pressure at the rail, checked spark plugs and have spark, I have checked the Fuel Injector, there is power, I checked all the fuses in the box under the hood. None of the fuses are blown. I have tried to start the truck with starter fluid and it still will not start. I don't understand what is going on. I have tried everything I can think of. I really don't have the time or money to take it to the dealership so any suggestions are appreciated. When I try to start it it just keeps turning over but will not crank. I am at a loss for what to do. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

If the trucks not starting, I would have thought that something fundamental is wrong and a code be generated yes.
