Default help with rough idle

I admit I made a mistake. while doing an oil change on my truck I always spray a little bit of trans fluid into my intake to clean out some carbon. Well this last time I was in a rush, slipped up and poured fuild into the brake vacuum line, well of course my truck wa not happy. I had a tapping issue for about 100 miles, luckly that went away, but now I am getting a code that says my tps and map values are not correct and Im running rich. Only cylinder 7 was burnt out but I replaced all the plugs anyway . I have an extremly rough idle/stalls and to brake I must throw the car in netrual and rev the motor to get enough brake power. I know the intake is gunked up. I have ran several bottles of sea foam though the motor and it has helped a little, Any suggestions on what I can do to get the intake clean? I am trying to avoid removing and cleaning the intake, Side note, I removed the brake vacuum line to clean with soapy water and the idle was fine, slighly rough but almost normal, Any suggestions would be great.
