What does it mean when you let off the gas and the tranny jumps some is this normal is it just catching thanks for the help

No it is not normal,if whole tranny is jumping you more than likely need to replace the tranny mount.

what the mounts at the crossmember or where I think my linkage is bad cause when I go from reverse to park aomething pops
