2007 Ram 1500 Hemi Laramie.

Went to raise the tilt steering wheel by pushing down on the lever and it 'broke'. it no longer engages and there were small pieces of black and white plastic that fell out of the steering wheel shroud.

It this a simple lever replacement or something more. ?

It should be just 2 torx screws as long as it's the same as my 2008, which I don't see why it wouldn't be?
Take the shroud off and then 2 screws. Prob a 20min job at most
