Default Cam swapped now it won't start...

I just changed my cam out yesterday along with springs and pushrods, I got it all back together and now it won't start. It's acting like an old carbed engine where I have to hit the gas while turning the key to get it to attempt to run. I took the valve covers back off and checked all the rockers and pushrods, I spun the crank a few times and it all is working like it should. I made sure to triple check the relation of the cam sprockedt to the crank one (arrow on cam sprocket pointing up and crank keyway on the chrysler logo) when I put it back together. Do you guys think the timing from the two is off? That's my only other guess as to why it's doing this, just wanted to see if anyone had any other ideas before I tear the front down again. Thanks.
