Default Wiring Problem

My truck was stolen in July. I just got it back and had to replace the steering column. When I replaced the column I had to power from the accessory wire for my speedometer, windows and blower motor. I replaced the iginition switch with a new but the problem still exist. We I jumper the hot wire from the iginition switch to the accessory wires everything works. Check all fuses and relay and they are all ok. Any one have any thoughts on why this is happening?

Additionally the ABS light and air bag light are on. I had to replace all the brakes on the truck after I retrieved from with the police.

Thanks

Are you saying that these things were still powered on when the ignition is cut off?

Sorry I had no power to them at all with the truck running. Except when I jumper from the power source to the accessory wires from the igintion switch.
