What is the width of the rim that you are using? something doesn't add up with a +12 offset and 4.5 BS.

to have 4.5" BS on a 9" wide rim you need -12 offset

if you have a +12 offset on the 9" wide rims you end up with a 5.5" BS

If you have a wheel with 4.5" BS you have plenty of room for the 12.5" wide tires, if you have a rim with 5.5" BS your wheels are only pushed .25" out from stock and you will need an additional .25" spacer to make them fit.

for easy visualization and calculations look at this site. they have a good OS/BS lcalculator
