Hey guys i have a 07 Ram 1500. The passenger side wiper came off the link so i went to go put it back on and its just like a ball and socket joint. Well it keeps popping off when i use the wipers. I am pretty sure there is a rubber/plastic bushing that is missing so it is not metal on metal and a tighter fit. I cant find it anywhere online and i went to autozone and they gave me a crysler universal wiper bushing kit and none of them fit. Anyone know where i can find it or if this is even the problem?

 

pretty sure you arent going to find just that part online and for sale unless its a salvage item

 

Mikegelso, I am experiencing the exact same problem, same year truck. I popped it back into the socket (seemed pretty sloppy-loose) and got about 3 days out of it before it let go again. Somebody must have an answer, is there a gasket or bushing that needs replacing? surely the whole mechanism doesn't need replacing...
