Hi all, Im having a issue with my vents in my 2005 ram1500, the outside air is comming in the vents all the time no matter what i have the selector on, it seems the faster i go the more air comes in, and if i have window open then that allows more air to come thru the vents, also with the fan off and the air comming in i can control the temp of the air with the temp. controller. makes no sense to me, maybe a vacume problem? help

 

Sounds like at least a problem with the "re-circ" door, and maybe the mode 1 and mode 2 doors and blend doors. All our trucks are now completely electrically controlled for all the HVAC controls. Thanks you, i looked at that link that you sent me, it cleared alot of things up. I took my dash apart and found the problem, that my recirc door is broke, that link that you sent me has them for 130 bucks, so i went to the junk yard and they have two 1500 sitting in the yard, once the weather clears up im ganna get over there and get one of the doors off one of those, they said it would be about 20 bucks, ill start there. thanks for your help
