AC delete belt.
I had problems with my AC pulley so i decided to just get rid of my ac all together. I went to napa and got a 81 inch belt and changed the routing a little bit and works with out a problem.
This was on a 2002 Ram 1500 SLT with a 4.7
You can probably go a little smaller but its what i got first and it fit well.
