anyone know if i cut the cat off will i have enough room to slide a pipe into the existing pipe where the y pipe meets or anyone done this and can tell me how they did it thx

 

there isn't room to slide pipe into pipe. but you can weld a 3 in pipe to the y pipe. but if you in there you might as well make a better Y pipe since the factory one is garbage. if your making a new Y then youll have no problem figuring out how to not put a cat back in
