Default Tire rubbing control arm

so i just put a 2" leveling kit and 295/60/20 terra grapplers on my 06 ram and they are rubbing my upper control arm any ideas i dont want it ruining my 1300$ tires

Other will tell you this as well-- you'll need wheel spacers.

i figured that do they make them fairly thin i dont want them much wider

I think they start at 1/4" thickness. Some are basically a metal plate with holes that fit between the wheel and hub (these might be called wheel shims?) The wheel spacers (if I'm correct) are a thicker plate that bolts directly to the existing hub and they have their own studs that the wheels will bolt to, those are used when you need spacing over 1/2" so the wheel lug nuts can still have a strong grip. Most auto part stores should have them, but you can also check out the 4x4 / off road shops.

They are cheap, hopefully this link works. You just have to make sure the thickness, and the bolt hole patterns are the correct size for what you need.
