Front tow hooks
I prefer shackles to hooks myself. Just scored a few at Tractor Supply as I needed a couple bolt-on shackles to secure my ATV on the trailer and saw a couple of 20,000 lb. rated, weld-on "D-rings" for $11.99 each and just couldn't resist. I know guys paid $45 EACH for 20k D-rings at 4x4 shops!
I'm gonna take my chipping, DIY painted winch mount off and sand-blast it and have it powder coated color-matched red and plan to weld these on after I sand blast it to have them powder coated along with it. A pair of 20k rings ought to do the trick.
The silver ones are 5k rated for the trailer and I also couldn't resist the pretty, gold 11k rated ones which are ear-marked for my Jeep, LOL...

take the plastic cover off the bumber where the hooks would go and look at the front of the frame rails if u have four holes u can use the 1 ton oem stile hooks but if u have 3 holes i think u have to get that bar with two little hooks which is for half tons but my 02 half ton has four holes and i bought the 1 ton hooks from a junk yard for 20 bucks.
No problem, but it's gonna be after the first of the year. I'm going to mount them on my winch bracket and I'm going to have to remove it and sandblast it (paint on it is chipping) and have it color match powder coated after I weld the D rings on.
I just have to make sure I have the fundage to get thru Christmas before paying for powder coating...
