Default 2003 Dodge Pickup grinding noise in front left tire

I have a 2003 Dodge Pickup 4x4 v8 Hemi, it just started making a grinding/scretching noise in the drivers side front tire. It happens mostly in reverse. Any ideas???

Could be aanything from a damaged/worn hub to a CV joint taking a dump.
You'll have to jack it up and do an inspection of that drivers side.

Put it in 4 high and try it. If noise stops or lessens them i would say cv shaft. Make sure you address the issue soon cause otherwise you could be in my shoes with a stripped out output shaft.
