Default most common cause for cruise control shutting off, and serv 4wd question

Truck is 2005 hemi 4wd reg cab 2wheel abs slt
1. I have manual shift on fly transfer case so would this truck utilize servo 4wd light? Did gauge test serv and 4wd do not illuminate. If serv 4wd isn't used due to being manual im gonna wire a led to the transfer case switch for 4wd indicator.

2. My cruise cuts out at 65 mph works normal till I go above 65, I've read several solutions from speed sensors to cruise on off switch. which would be most common for this type of failure? Speedometer works fine factory tires and gears. I look for speed sensors found multiple abs, differential, input etc could I get a quick inventory of which ones used in this truck? I know one abs on front left and one on the rear axle assembly, is there a abs on rear axle and any other speed sensing sensors elsewhere? Tranny is a automatic and. Brake lights and switch work fine.
Thanks in advance.

If anyone in Connecticut area with scan tool that can read live sensor dataim willing to compensate. I know of a few scan tools that can read what triggers cruise control shutoff for diagnosis.

On my 03, 4 wheel abs is actually two sensors on the front hubs one each side and a sensor reading the tone ring sat on top of the rear diff.

Also the manual transfer case should utilise the 5wd light on the instrument cluster when engaged. My 03 lights up when I engage it using my old school 4 hi 4 low 2wd manual lever.

1. Yes your light should come on when in 4wd. If it doesn't maybe a bad switch or wiring.

2. Your ratio programming is incorrect. It needs to be programmed.

Well it's already been mentioned but I'll throw in my 2cents FWIW. I was looking in the service manual the other day for this (2002) and the "service 4x4" indicator is programmed off at the factory for trucks with the manual shifter. When I do my cluster test the 'service' nor the '4x4' indicators light up, however the '4x4' does light up when I'm in 4wd.
- If your going to replace your instrument cluster lamps, there is a really good thread somewhere in the dodge talk dot com forum. They talked about all the regular bulbs but I can't remember if they mentioned the built in LEDs for the other warning indicators....

Is the switch the one with two green wires? I looked while I was installing step rails if I recall its where the tranny and transfer case meet or I could be looking at some thing different
