Default Weird "chassis?" noise while driving slow

I just replaced my u-joints this weekend and I'm getting a non-consistent kind of low tone "sqeek" kind of noise. It seem to have any kind of rhythm to it that I can hear and it sounds like something behind me is making the noise when I hit small bumps like a loose bolt on the chassis kind of thing like something is loose, but thinking I haven't had that noise before - could it be I got some crappy u-joints? Maybe I didn't press them in right? Hard to think that would be the case, it seemed pretty straight forward.

I thought it was maybe a shock or something but I bounced up and down on the truck and it didn't make any noise. Up to speed noise goes away, took it up to 55-60 and no vibration - I'm stumped.

I just went and checked the drive shaft play and there is none. No slop whatsoever - not even a slightest bit of play. It's pretty tight. Should I just give it a few days and let the u-joints work in? Is there such a thing?
