Default ETC light/confusion

Ive asked questions about this before and haven't received much feedback.
I have a 2004 Ram with the 5.7, when it get cold, say below 20 or so, on the first start up of the morning my ETC light comes on, sometimes just staying on, and sometimes blinking. Usually if i turn off and restart it goes away (a few times it took several restarts). Well from what i have read people say clean the throttle body, so i did that and it came out shiny. WI cleaned it like 3 weeks ago and it worked fine, but now this morning it happened again. Not sure what to do or what it could be. Anyone have any suggestions?
