2005 ram 35004x4 qc 4:10 auto
Just got the dynatrac free spin kit installed with the dynalocs and a tru trac in the front end. Never noticed the 4wd dash light was out. it was good before the install. Couldn't find it in the haynes manual.
Is there a switch associated with the 4wd shifter. I have the manual 4wd shift on the truck.

On top of transfer case left side of truck. It's a 7/8 nut on it pull the plug short the harness with paperclip if u get 4wd light its the switch. 38 bucks from dealer, just did mine on Sunday.

 

Remember to swap over the oring as new one doesn't include it
