02 running ruff help

Default 02 running ruff help
I have o2 ram 4x4 sport 4.9l i did the heater core after truck was running ruff i did a full tune up on it still running ruff when i did the heater core i had to cut the hose to the acumalator as i couldnt get it apart checked all vaccum hoses i have no code coming up

What do you call a "full" tune-up? PCV? EGR? TB clean?

Default tune up
did plug coil packs cleaned tb pcv changed filters had to change pcv hoseing

Have you checked the plenum gasket?
