It's nice to know that we can repair the airbox doors without removing the dash thanks to Heater Treater, but what about preventing the problem? They say the doors break because stoppers meant to limit the doors motion break off. Can we install better stoppers now, before anything snaps?

I don't have any problems with mine now but I'd like to keep it that way. Their fixes don't look all that expensive or complicated but I'd like to keep my dual zone climate.
