Hello. i have a 2008 ram 1500 4x4 hemi quad cab. i have replaced sway bar bushings. sway bar links and outer tie rods. drives smooth and quiet but when going over bumps with wheel turned hard left or right i still hear a clunck type sound. some people say all rams make noises or whats common or what can it be.

 

same with my 06 ram,the sound stronger from the driver side , but when its raining and the streets are wet i don't hear any noise and when its sunny i wash the truck from underneath i don't hear the sound for two days then its back , i changed everything like what u did except the shock absorbers . i wish i know from where this sound coming , its very annoying ,,,
