Default 2002 Ram 1500 (v6) wont start.

Hey everyone, I was on my way to school this morning and of course i was running late...So i hoped in my truck and unfortunately it wouldn`t start..This isn`t the first time it happened but it usually happens when its cold. All the electronics (lights, radio...ect) work and the engine turns on but it wont turn over. I think it may be my fuel lines or my fuel pump..Last night i was on empty and the last time it happened i was probably a little under a quarter..My truck has the magnum v6..

So the question remains the same... Why wont my truck start?
Any idea and advice would be appreciated
, if more specs about the truck are needed just let me know.
Thanks,
Tyler

"...the engine turns on but it wont turn over." What? Fuel lines or fuel pump have nothing to do with the engine turning over. That is strictly the battery and the starter. I'm guessing battery/starter.
