My 2 cents on lower ball joints......
Hey guys if you decide to replace the lower ball joints on any 4wd 1500 then pay attention to the clearance space between the grease zert and the cv body. I broke one off when I put the impac wrench to the main spline nut and sucked the cv shaft back into the hub.
Also, check the zert threads into the new ball joint AT THE STORE. One of mine had factory stripped threads.
