Unhappy Broken Power Seat

06 Ram 3500 Laramie, passenger seat is power and the only button that works is the center of the three buttons available. It allows the seat forward and aft. The other two do not work. The drive seat works fine. All three buttons work. Before I start tearing into it, does anyone have an idea what it might be? Is the other two buttons on a fuse or is there a simple look and see areas to look at?

Thanks

SOB....the front motor is binding in both directions. You can see it move ever so slightly, yet the front and back works fine. I have heard in earlier posts it is problematic. At least I don't hear the motor spinning. Maybe I just need to start it moving in a dirction, but I don't know how to get the leverage to move it to see if I can correct it. Are there any master mechanics that haver worked through the problems?

Thanks,

Thanks for the information. I am researching to try and find out if there are any tests that I can do to make sure the motor is bad and not bound up. Since the motor moves, but then stops, I will exhaust some investigation to pin point what truly is wrong.

Thanks again.
