Help! Headlights Fogging
Alright so I have headlights that have been opened up in order to install the oracle CCFL's and paint the reflectors. They have been properly resealed and have even taken extra measures to seal other parts of the light where the lights plug into the housing. I even noticed this same fogging before the lights were taken apart. I was wondering if this was normal or if their is something I could do to fix this issue. Please let me know if you have any suggestions. I have attached a photo of what Im taking about so you can have a better look.
Thanks,
Ethan

I recall reading in the owners/service manual somewhere that the lights are vented and it is normal to occasionally get fogging. To fix it, the manual tells you to turn on the brights and leave them on for 15 minutes. After that the fogging should be gone. Not sure if this is the case with yours but this is what I remember reading in one of the manuals.
When I first got my truck there was actually a good bit of water inside the housing and it was always fogged up. I drilled two small holes in the bottom so the water would drain out but it still fogged up due to the moisture in there. So I pulled the lights back out, brought the housing inside and aimed a hair dryer inside of the light access holes for about 10 - 15 minutes to completely dry it out. I never did seal the drain holes up and never had another problem with them for the last 5 years.
I just finally swapped out the stockers for a nice set of Spyder projectors two days ago because the original lenses were so badly faded and yellowed that I could see more light from the vehicle behind me than my own headlights.
Oh and just to confirm, the Spyder headlights ship with a (poorly translated) sheet saying that because the lights are vented, some condensation is normal due to temperature differences but they normally clear up after 15-20 minutes of usage. I haven't noticed these fog up yet.
