2003 dodge ram 4.7

There is a recirculation hose that runs from the rear of the valve covers on each side with some type of check valve inline with each side. They come together with a t-type connector, and runs to the air box. It is a molded hose, but I cannot find the part name or number for the life of me. My hoses were shredded a few months ago and replaced them with bulk hoses, but I would like to go back to the molded ones to they sit correctly without any bends. Any help?
