Someone posted either here or on another site, but they were only for the 2500/3500. They had the Ram's head cast into the cover. Try a search here for differential cover.
I saw this clear cover made by ClearGears, I think. Can't remember exactly where I saw it. No rams head or anything, but it's pretty cool. You can see the diff spinning around and stuff.
