Default Question about 2004 5.7 wiring harness

I'm going to convert my 2003 harness and PCM to a 2004. I picked up a 2004 pcm & harness but the harness seems incomplete. There are only 3 PCM plugs. The white plug is missing. Is it part of a different harness or something?

The junkyard guy told me it was complete but without the fuel injector harness. I figured it would plug into mine anyway. I took a pic of that end of the harness. I can't seem to find the other 2 purple plugs in the service manual. Anyone familiar with the 2004? Thanks

I think the 4th plug should control your transmission (which would be the big plug on the seperate TCM module currently). You'll have to look at the service manuals in Weedahoe's signature and examine the pin-outs for each and every wire to figure out where each goes.
I've heard it's a giant pain in the ***, but I'm sure it's doable with time. Good luck!

I did look through the service manuals but maybe I'll look again to find the purple plugs.

I would imagine that plug gets plugged into the body beside the PCM (there's really no other place for it) but the missing white PCM plug has me wondering. Thanks, it will be a task but totally doable.
