Mine says this:
DMHS 3.92 Rear Axle Ratio
DRBS Corporate 9.25 LD Rear Axle
DSA Anti-Spin Differential Rear Axle

 

08Hemi list of options is right, it will show both the 9.5 corp and and a separate line for anti-spin. Even my 07 2500 build sheet is that way (but with the 10.5 diff being 2500). Anti-spin was an option that could be added or deleted on any package I think. 9.5 Corp rear differential was standard on the 1500's
I had the same issue with my truck (bought used) and the PCM when I got it.... non-stock program. I had it re-flashed by Dodge, then it took a few back and forth's with superchips to get it sorted out as they didn't have a tune on file for an 07 hemi 2500. Worth it since I was re-using the superchips I had from a previous truck. Didn't need to upgrade it.

 

FWIW, I'll post it again. This is the entire list of D codes from my Build Sheet and below that is a pic of the sticker in my glove box. I guess I'll do what Hammer recommended as far as filling fluid almost all the way up and then check it for binding or popping. If I don't hear any, I'll just top off will more RP and not add the LS additive.
