Default circulator door?

Okay, I think I have a circulator door issue and have searched the forum with no luck so I'll throw it out in a thread. Using heat or A/C no matter the settings I get very little or no air flow from any of my vents. Fan is going wide open so from what I can figure is that something is wrong with the cirulator door. Am I on the right path? If so how do I get to this door? I have done a lot in the past with engine, trans, brakes etc but I wouldn't know where to begin with HVAC problems.

Passanger side under glove box remove blower motor and reach up in the hole and remove broken blend door. re install fan motor and you will have air flow again. the door that broke is the recirculating door and it falls on top the inlet so the fan can't get any air. You will loose that function on your controls but I have done this and have not noticed any difference. it took me about 15 min. to remove fan and door and put fan back in. Any more questions feel free to ask.

No it is under it right up by the fire wall. I think there is 3 or 4 screws that hold it up and the wire harness. real easy lay on floor on the passenger side and look up you will see it. If I would have been thinking I would have taken pictures while I did mine.

i just fixed my 06 2500 circ door and it was time consuming... not the hardest thing to do but just tricky. the only reason i fixed this door: living in PA with cold winter (you removed the broken flap.. but now u have a fairly large opening leaving in cold air as u drive)
