Justchillax88 - I had an 05 1500 2wd with the hemi - When i was lookin to level it I was told with the hemi being so heavy that alot of the kits wouldnt really level it out. That being said I first went with the 2" coil spring spacer, brought the front up some but still not level. After a while bought a Doetsch 4in spindle lift with 2 1/2in blks for the rear. That leveled it out. On my year i didnt need new shocks, wheel spacers or extended brake lines. I ran 305/55/20 nitto's on stock rims with no rubbing. I sold the truck but removed the kit which Im selling now $550.00 shipped there is nothing wrong with it. Gonna send you a PM with my info if your interested...

And ificke- On the 05s and down there is more clearance between the suspension and tires then there are on the 06-08s since we have coil overs even with a 6" lift I still had to get spacers with my stock wheels

Coilovers (which struts are a part of) are on the '06-08 4x4s only. '02-08 4x2 front suspension is mostly unchanged, with the only big difference being the different UCA in '06+. With a 4" spindle and 2" coil spacer, there should be no need for wheel spacers with a stock sized tire. Your Fabtech lift uses a subframe, correct? This changes your suspension geometry, which is likely why you needed the wheel spacers. You are correct however, in that the larger UCAs did move closer to the tires in '06+. Not a huge difference, but a difference worth noting, depending on the tires you go with.

Yes I have a subframe on my lift. But yea when I had the lift installed the tire couldn't even make a full rotation because it was hitting the spindle and the UCA. Even with the 1/4" spacer I could still only fit a stock width tire
