hello,
I pulled up these 3 codes,
p0430
p0430 P
p0141
I am getting mixed information from the parts store and from online,
and cannot figure out what the P stands for in p0430 "P".
If anyone can let me know exactly which o2 sensors need replacing that would be great, its a 04 hemi with 135k miles and a few of the o2 sensors look kinda new under the truck (last owner said he did some o2s).
thanks

are both banks monitored? I don't have a hemi, I don't know off the top of my head.. I would guess a cali rig would be for certain though..
the trailing P just isn't right.. it shouldn't be there.. that being the case, the code is for a downwind sensor on the passenger bank (bank2)..
turn your key over to on three times fairly rapidly w/o hitting the starter.. on the third, leave it on- observe your dash for codes.. this is called the 'key dance' for retrieving stored hard faults..
I bet a dollar there is no trailing P doing it that way..

thanks for the help,
last week I replaced the rear driver side o2 sensor, and the front passenger side o2,
so far my codes went from
p0430
p0430 P
p0141
to only
p0430
p0430 P
should i tackle the other post cat sensor ? or should i do that non fouler trick and stop spending money on o2s,
thanks

You should only do the non-foulers if you've either omitted your cats or you've gone to high flow cats AND you get a CEL. With stock equipment you should replace an O2 if it fails. A lot of qualified people recommend replacing the O2s at 100k miles even if they have never generated a CEL...
