Replacement tail light
Summer before last, I got a little too close to my RV and cracked my right rear tail light. Everything still works and there is no plastic missing, it's just cracked along with a white smudge on it that rubbed off of the RV corner moulding. Just now thinking about replacing it. Anybody ever bought the aftermarket OEM-look replacements on ebay? Just wondering if it will fit and match up with the other side okay.
This is one I was looking at:

Unless, someone out there has replaced theirs and want to get rid of their old ones cheap?

I would say that price wise it's not too bad, it comes with the circut board, which used OEM never seem to. As far as fit, I have an aftermarket one on the passenger side, and can't really tell. It fits in the hole OK.
I doubt your gonne be able to replace just the lens. The housing is an entire unit and the lens isnt available seperately I believe.
There are many used OEM tails out there for pretty cheap. I'd get the side you need and call it a day. Aftermarket lights, whether heads or tails have bad seals and generally get mlinture inside. I wouldnt count on them being a perfect fit/finish and lining up with the fenders with no apparent gaps and such. plus, most aftermarket lights aren't as durable as OEM(thinner plastic)
The circuit boards tend to corrode and fail. I'd apply lots of dielectric grease upon reinstallation. make sure no tabe are broken on used tails either.

Awhile back I was sold a replacement tail-light that was supposed to be identical to OEM. Comparing the lights in person, the aftermarket lights edges were not as rounded as the OEM and slightly trimmer on one side. I opted for OEM after seeing the difference.
If you don't care about details then by all means go aftermarket. I second also finding a used OEM light if price is a factor. You can even find new OEM lights for reasonable price if you look hard enough.
