I am deployed and my wife sent me a pic of the oil dipstick on my 03 Ram 4.7. The truck has about 168xxx miles and had the heads replaced about 10k miles ago. My wife said it was creamy, light brown, and thick. Coolant in engine oil? My wife has not mentioned any problems with the truck.
I hate to agree with hammer on this for your sake...
The place that installed them, if they have a warranty, they should be able to do a coolant pressure check to see if the cooling system is holding pressure.
I imagine you've done atleast 2 oil changes since then so that ould have flushed any internal coolant out by now.

Something weird happened...This pic and the email it was recieved in was sent about a month ago.

I just got it the day I posted this thread. Anyway, her uncle was there that same day and mentioned that it's just condensation from making many short trips and was nothing to worry about as well as the fact that it just had the heads replaced about 10k miles adds to the condition. Not sure about the last statement about the heads, but ok.
My wife had the oil changed yesterday, and nothing was said about the condition of the oil...if they were even paying attention. Hopefully my wife checks the coolant levels. She did mention that there isn't any white smoke coming out the exhaust, which is a good sign so far.

The 4.7 is known for both. Condensation is almost always confined to the neck of the filler tube, anything down in the oil would be a cause for concern though...
The dipstick has carbon buildup, I believe. I have been meaning to replace it or purchase the upgraded dipstick and pcv. I'll have to wait until I get home from afghanistan though.
