Default 07 Dodge 1500 5.7L Oil Pressure Switch

Guys I have 07 Dodge 5.7L, two months ago I pulled a P0520 (engine oil pressure switch/ sensor) the oil pressure would normally run at 3/8 on the gauge at 600 RPM and 5/8 on the gauge at 2000 RPM and now it shows ¾ on the gauge at any idle. I then pulled the oil pressure switch plug off and it was full of oil. Replaced the oil pressure switch and cleaned the oil off the plug with electrical contact cleaner, everything went back to normal. Then low and behold, pressure back to ¾ on the gauge at any idle.
So the question is, is there anything that would mess the oil pressure switch up or did I get a bad switch at Rockauto.com.
Any and all help would be appreciated.
Thanks
Curt
