I kept seeing drips of tranny fluid a few years back on my 06' Turned out to be the power steering cooler. But since the Tranny ad Power Steering system use identical fluid, it could be either one.

I also have had a leakly power steering cooler. Dealer said it was a common part failure here in the northeast due to the road salt. They could not explain why chrysler would not make a part to handle the weather where it would be used.
